Welcome to Property on Film

The new way of selling your property online.

For residential properties we provide three packages to choose from which vary in length, style and budget.

The standard package can be enhanced by upgrading to one of our Premier or Luxury packages, allowing you to pick a combination that is suitable for you and your property. The addition of a camera slider, a professional voiceover or the use of specialist filming equipment such as the Steadicam can really bring your video to life.

To see how the use of this equipment can benefit your video simply take a look at some of our examples above or watch the equipment in action by clicking on the short videos opposite.

Equipment...
the Crane

What is it?
A weight balanced movable arm, pivoted in the middle, that holds the camera at one end and is controlled at the other by the user.

Why do we use it?
To give a sense of gliding and elevation in a smooth and controlled movement.

Equipment...
the Steadicam

What is It?
A Steadicam is a stabilising mount that mechanically isolates the camera operators movement from the camera.

Why do we use it?
It allows a very smooth shot even when the operator is moving quickly or over an uneven surface.
